The fabrics range comprises of knitted hosiery fabric of a variety of knits, blends, textures and styles, single jersey, pique, honeycombed, fleece, double jersey, rib, interlock, jacquards, auto-striped fabrics, pointless, flat knit collars and other fancy fabrics in cotton, viscose, rayon, polyester and their blends both with and without lycra.

Dyeing & Processing:
Advanced dyeing facilities ensure that the customer gets the brightest and the most accurate colors, which are double-checked for colorfastness. The natural cotton fabric is converted into AZO free dyed fabric. We use the latest soft flow dyeing machines which maintain a consistent shade throughout the fabrics. Various types of washing are done to remove hairiness and make the fabrics feel soft, neat and spotless. Washes like Enzyme wash, Silicon wash, Vintage wash, Stone wash and several other types are used. To dry the washed fabrics, we use tubular drying and natural drying facilities.

Printing:
The latest, fully automated printing machines are used which results in better print quality. Further, the system may be easily expanded & equipped for specific order requirements. From design selection to final execution, our experts and experienced personnel ensure that perfection is guaranteed in each aspect of garment printing.

Embroidery:

Sewing:

With its wide range of advanced machinery & proficient labor capable of producing stylized garments with perfection & finesse, the sewing section has a hi-tech infrastructure. Our production experts are well trained with various types of powered sewing machines from Brother, Juki, Pegasus, Yamato & special machines like Computerized Welt Pocketing Machine, Belt Loop Attachment Machines, Multi Needle Kansai Special Machines & Tunnel Cover Seaming Machines.

Washing & Finishing:

The laundry division is well equipped with automatic washers, extractors, PERK and dryers. It has ultramodern facilities like Enzyme, Stone, Sandblasting, Pigment Dying, Over Dying and Vertical Garment Processing with Auto Tilting etc. Various pressing machines and heat transferring machines are also available to ensure improvement in high functional performance of the garment through specialty finishing.

Final Inspection:
